We appreciate your cooperation with our work so that your customized solar/battery system can be commissioned as swiftly as possible.

Part I - Preparation

Contact client and book a site visit

Design a customized solar/battery storage system

Send a quotation to client

Accept the quotation

Request the client information
(NMI, Pole/Pillar number (NSW))

After signing the quotation

ADMIN TEAM

part II - Application

Send the 10% deposit invoice / loan application if applicable

Pay the 10% deposit / complete the loan application if applicable

Prepare the Single Line Diagram (SLD)
and submit Special Connection Request (SCR)

Wait for connection approval from Distributor Network Service Provider (DNSP)

After SCR is approved

ADMIN & INSTALLATION TEAM

part III - Installation

Preliminary installation arrangement

Advise installation date and time

Generate procurement list and purchase two weeks prior to preliminary installation arrangement

If installation materials in stock, confirm installation date and time.
If not, update to client and back to step 1

Confirm installation date and time

Install client's solar/battery system on the agreed date

Sign on GreenDeal after the installation

Post-installation

AFTER SALES TEAM

Submit meter request for client to their electricity retailer

Update with electricity retailer about process for the meter request

Lodge Certificates of Electrical Safety (CES) to Access Canberra
or Certificate Compliance Electrical Work (CCEW) to NSW Government

Arrange system commissioning

Confirm setup date and time

Commission system and create monitoring account

Send final invoice

Send system manual

Pay final invoice
